CMS Distribution has a comprehensive Hardware exhibit spanning primarily multiple Storage disciplines but also extending into Security and Surveillance, and Audio Visual.
In storage a major focus is Network Attached Storage. This is a market that continues to grow at 35% CAGR. We have significant expertise in this category both for B2C and B2B solutions. We are the leading distributor in the UK for many of the brand we carry. Our major brands are QNAP, Synology, Thecus, Drobo, Iomega and Infortrend. We have (removable HDD cartridges) RDX storage arrays from Tandberg.
We also have expertise in Direct Attached Storage, Storage Area Networking and Unified Storage in physical and virtualised environments with any of the major hypervisors. These devices are HDD or SSD based or a combination of both. Our major vendors are Infortrend, Synology, QSAN, Drobo and Huawei.
We have both tape replacement devices and disk-to-disk-to-tape solutions, using inline and post-process deduplication and compression. Our vendors are Exagrid and Quantum. We have tape devices, autoloaders and libraries from Quantum and Tandberg. Tape media comes from HP, Imation, Maxell, Quantum and RDX technology from Tandberg.
We have connectivity devices from Edimax, Avocent and Huawei.
For power protection, uninterruptible power supplies, cooling, shelving, monitoring, KVM and management we have Avocent, Huawei and APC.
We carry a range of USB flash and secure, PIN protected flash devices targeted at both B2C and B2B from SanDisk, Freecom, Intenso, iStorage, Keysecure, Verbatim including our own brands Disgo, Busbi and Storage Options.
In the security and surveillance space we feature cameras with Pan and Tilt, Night vision and IP connectivity. We carry a range of Network Video Recorders from QNAP, and Synology. We have devices and complete bundles including CCTV. Our major vendors are our own brand Storage Options, together with Edimax and Y-Cam.
