Symantec (Ireland only) is a giant in the software industry with revenues of almost $7Bn. As a result of a merger with VERITAS Software, Symantec offers a comprehensive range of storage and availability related products in its portfolio Veritas File System, Veritas Volume Manager, Veritas Volume Replicator and Veritas Cluster Server, NetBackup, Backup Exec and Enterprise Vault. Symantec has added deduplication products, mobile protection products and solutions to help you build and protect your private cloud. CMS Distribution has been distributing the VERITAS exhibit for more than 15 years and can help you with all aspects of the Symantec data management portfolio.

CommVault Systems (UK and Ireland) was formed in 1988 as a development group in Bell Labs, and later became a business unit of AT&T Network Systems. It was incorporated in 1996. Their signature product is Simpana software, a scalable, unified data and information management software designed to replace several products. The Simpana software platform provides one management console for administering integrated, licensable modules for backup and recovery, archive, replication, resource management and search capabilities in virtualized and physical IT environments. CommVault continues to gain market share and CMS Distribution is their rising star.

Double-Take Software (UK and Ireland) develops software that reduces downtime and protects data for business-critical systems in Microsoft server environments and also more recently on Red Hat Linux and VMware. They also have availability and deployment solutions. The company was founded in 1991 as NSI Software and was acquired by Vision Solutions in mid-2010.

Total Defense (Ireland Only) is a global leader in malware detection and anti-crimeware solutions. Over 50,000 businesses across a wide spectrum of industries have deployed the Company's solutions, including some of the most sophisticated buyers of security technology worldwide, and over four million consumers worldwide use Total Defense's products.

CA Technologies (Ireland only) software exhibit is about Data Backup and Restore abased on the original ArcServe product suite and Data Replication of individual applications or even complete systems based on XOSoft. The products are great in a physical or virtual environment and includes a cloud offering.

Quantum's StorNext (UK and Irealnd) is used in environments where large files must be shared by users without network delays, or where a file must be available for access by multiple readers starting at different times. An example of the former is analysis of real time satellite image data. An example of the latter is on-demand access of a movie stored on disk. The StorNext File System is the foundation for Quantum's StorNext Storage Manager, a hierarchical storage management system that is used for data archival with a back end robotic tape library.
