##### **With the introduction of Arcserve UDP Universal licensing it becomes even better and simpler.**

**Arcserve UDP Universal Licensing Premium Edition** – One platform with every data protection capability your customers need, and the complexity they don’t.

This new subscription-based approach addresses the growing user demand while arming you with one of the market’s most competitive pricing models to easily quote, sell and grow deal sizes.

**Truly Universal and Easy**

- Includes all types of data, any source – current and future. No exclusions or hidden costs.
- Physical servers and workstations, virtual servers with agentless and agent-based backup, cloud instances and VMs, Office 365, NAS and SAN storage, and any other data source supported or to be supported by UDP software in the future
    - *Competitors’ “Universal” Licensing does not include Office 365*

##### **What this means for you:**

- Offer and sell complete data protection using just 2 SKUs
- Grow deal size to protect larger environments without complex calculations
- Profit from one of the best margins in the industry

##### **What this means for your customer:**

- Reliable safeguarding of all forms of data, from any source, regardless of the number of devices, physical servers and workstations, virtual machines, cloud instances, workloads, or users. Based on front-end terabytes (FETB), users only pay for what they need.
- Unlimited retention, unrestricted recoveries, and copies of backups to secondary locations or public clouds for disaster recovery – no hidden fees or surprises.

Arcserve Unified Data Protection (UDP) combines industry-proven disaster recovery, backup and true global deduplication technologies into an all-in-one solution that delivers all the data protection capabilities businesses need.
