Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: Denver, Co

Due to expansion we are currently recruiting for a highly-motivated and ambitious professional seeking an opportunity to join our rapidly growing America regional team as a Sales Operations Coordinator. This role will be based in the Denver Technological Center. This role will be responsible for supporting the current and incremental business for one of our global retailers in North America.

Purpose of Role

This role will assume many of the forward-facing data entry and weekly process related tasks and deliverables in Operations, Demand Planning and the Vendor/Sales Management departments.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the consumer electronics industry would be an advantage
  • SAP experience desirable
  • Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator – both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Word, Excel and Outlook

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interface with Seko for Returns and Shipment updates for Vendors
  • Return Processing, RTV follow up, vendor shipment updates
  • Update SAP, ASN management, delivery management and purchase orders
  • Purchase order entry, updating of Forecast Variance Model, EOL tracking and maintaining Master Data reports
  • Learn the CMS Systems (SAP, QlikView, etc)
  • Understand the Seko Systems
  • Become familiar with overall returns process
  • Manage Vendor shipments
  • Manage Vendor purchase orders process
