We are the first port of call to offer support, and if we can’t resolve the issue on our own, we will work closely with the vendor on your behalf to escalate. For certain vendors, we even offer 4-hour on-site response times for issues.

Most of our business today consists of direct partnerships and / or relationships with data storage manufacturers. StorTrec provides the following services to OEMs and their resellers: Technical telephone support, 7x24x365 on-site support services, spare parts, local warehousing and management, RMA management and logistics services, technical training for field service technicians, and support with installation and integration.
